The Finance Committee submitted a corrected fiscal note by the Dept.           
of Revenue which was published January 24, 1994, for the following:            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 28(JUD)                                                 
"An Act relating to the penalty for providing alcoholic beverages             
to a person under the age of 21; and providing for an effective                
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
HB 28 is on today's calendar.
